About Me

My real name is Shane, and have been performing magic since the age of 12. I currently perform close up magic, as well as stage illusions. Some of the apparatus that I own and perform with include:- Sub Trunk, Levitator, Roll over, Assistance Revenge, Dolls House and various production boxes and nail/sword penetrations etc. I am very fortunate in the fact that I can also borrow and use a Tri-Sector an A frame and an Origami Illusion from fellow local magicians.

I am also very fortunate in the fact that a fellow magician Mac McCullam donated most of the above illusions to me along with a lot of valuable advice and inspiration.
My current stage show includes the Dancing Cane, Linking Rings, Manipulating Billiard Balls, Card Stab with Sword, and a Jeff McBride type card manipulation.
I have been a member of The Masque Theatre School in Broadstairs since 1998 trying and improve my stage presentation and techniques and have been awarded a L.A.M.D.A certificate.

In July of 1999 I joined The Young Magicians Club part of The Magic Circle Youth Initiative and in June of 2000 I became a Member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. I am a member of a local group of magicians known as The Southern Sorcerers, who meet fortnightly.
